Blended Flake System
The Process:
1. We grind the entire surface of your garage to reach the aggregate layer of your slab.
2. Then, we apply the first base coat of epoxy.
3. Next, we apply a second layer of flakes, covering every inch of the surface.
4. Finally, we add a third layer of industrial-strength polyaspartic (which is harder than epoxy) as a clear topcoat.
Available Options:
1. Standard ¼-inch blended epoxy flake.
2. Upgraded 1/8-inch and 1-inch blended epoxy flake.
3. Upgraded 1/8-inch and 1-inch solid, mica, and brindle epoxy flake.
Metallic Epoxy Floors
2 or More Colors Require a Special Order Upcharge
Metallic epoxy flooring is a combination of epoxy resin and metallic powders that create a unique, shimmering appearance. It is durable, long-lasting, and ideal for high-traffic areas in both residential and commercial settings. The process of applying metallic epoxy flooring involves several layers, each of which is allowed to cure before the next is added, resulting in a hard, glossy finish that resists scratches and wear. The metallic flakes in the epoxy provide a highly reflective, 3-dimensional appearance that can be customized to create unique patterns and designs.
